Continuous Panels

The use of new building materials has increased considerably since the early 1980s. These new materials, especially the sandwich panels with polyurethane insulation, have provided very economical solutions in terms of hygiene in cold room and storage areas thanks to their reliable temperature control and frequent washability. In addition to providing heat, water and sound insulation, the polyurethane systems in sandwich panels used in various structures are ahead of other materials due to their high load carrying capacity, long service life, moisture and fire resistance.

It can be produced as 2,3,4 or 5 components in machines (high pressure) specially manufactured for this system between painted galvanized sheet, aluminum, membrane or stainless steel.

The presence of polyurethane is very important in sandwich panels that can be used in factories, shopping malls, stadiums, as well as in the production of cold stores or prefabricated structures.

We continue our innovations with our specially formulated products for these systems that can be used in PLUSOL R-10x-xx & PLUSNATE R-100-01 dual component systems.

In addition, if the features of the machines used are suitable, they are formulated in 3-4 and 5 component systems. Here, the density can be adjusted on the production line using n-pentane gas from the outside.
